Privacy Policy: Woman to Woman Computing and Computer Tamers work to ensure the accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of your personal information. We do not sell, share, nor distribute our client information in any way. All consultants adhere to this policy.
Data Policy: Woman to Woman Computing and Computer Tamers can in no way guarantee that data will not be lost from the computer when reinstalling Windows, repairing virus, worm and/or spyware damage, removing virus, worm and/or spyware programs and/or files from the computer, nor from any other action taken at the Client's request. We recommend and provide such programs and/or files as we believe are necessary to improve the performance/operation of the Client's computer, once the Client's permission to install such items is obtained. This in no way makes Woman to Woman Computing or Computer Tamers responsible for the data on the computer. It is the Client's responsibility to update these programs, and to make such backups of data the Client considers necessary. We will assist in all efforts to make data backups, but cannot warrant the viability of such files.

Training and consultation services are available in other locations with the client paying reasonable travel expenses. We also provide telephone and remote support if the distance is too great for travel, or travel cannot be accomplished in the timeframe needed. We provide our software "tools" for you to use under our guidance, and/or can take control of your computer remotely, with your permission. Please contact us for details.
Time of Service: All services are available days, evenings and weekends, depending on the availability of our consultants. Please contact us for details.
Rates: Services are provided at a uniform rate, generally $65 per hour (corporate rate slightly higher). Some discounts apply and rates can sometimes be negotiated. Applicable taxes apply. Please contact us for details.
Forms of Payment: We accept personal cheques (ID may be requested), cash, and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and any form of payment accepted through Paypal).
